How long does it take to process an order?

Orders of fine art prints typically ship within 3 weeks of receipt. Orders containing frames typically ship within 4 weeks. If a rush order is required, contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate those needs.

 

What are the return policies for merchandise?

Merchandise may be returned if you contact us for a Return Authorization within 10 days of receiving the shipment. Due to the customized nature of our product, it is necessary to charge a 20% restocking fee on unframed prints and a 30% restocking fee on framed prints.

 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We advise refusing receipt of any obviously damaged package and contacting us, so that we can replace your order. In the event that merchandise is damaged during shipment, please notify us within 24 hours. All claims must originate with you and be filed with the shipping or delivery service within 24 hours. In the event that any product is deemed defective, contact us within 10 days of receipt, so that we can arrange the return and replacement of that product.
